Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your bookings. Our refund and cancellation policy are designed to be flexible and convenient for our users.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by User:Users can cancel their bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled activity.
To cancel a booking, users can log in to their account on the BookThePlay app and follow the cancellation process.
Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled activity may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by BookThePlay:BookThePlay reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, maintenance issues, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.
In the event of such cancellations, users will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy:Refunds are eligible for cancellations made within the specified time frame mentioned in the cancellation policy.
Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made after the stipulated time frame
Refund Process:Upon cancellation, the refund amount will be credited to the user's BookThePlay account.
Users can use the refunded amount for future bookings or request a withdrawal to their original payment method.
Refund Timeframe:Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
Failed Bookings:In the rare event of a failed booking or technical issues, where the user is charged but the booking is not confirmed, a full refund will be initiated.
